Cox's Bazar Tourist's police inaugurated PDF Print E-mail

Tourist's police, a news concept of Bangladesh police have been launching at laboni point of Cox's Bazar sea resort town this afternoon. Noor Mohammad, Inspector General of Bangladesh police (IGP) was formally inaugurated as chief guest. Asaduzaman Mia, DIG of police Chittagong range, Mohammad Shakwhat Hossain, police super, Cox's Bazar, Advocate A K M Ahmed Hossen, president (acting) Bangladesh Awame League, Cox's Bazar district unit and others officials and political leaders were present in the function among others.      

`Tourists police is a new concept of Bangladesh. This Police is especially for security and care of tourists home and abroad,' Noor Mohammad, IGP said to journalists after inauguration.
`Tourists police will also be save bio-diversity of 120 kilometers long Cox's Bazar sea beach from Nazirzrtek to Bodarmokum of teknaf,' he further said.
Moniruzaman, inspector, Cox's bazar tourist's police said that, Bangladesh police authority have been appointed 49 persons including one inspector, eight assistant sub-inspector including one female, six habilder and 33 constables for Cox's Bazar tourists police.
