Staff Correspondent :: Members of women Ansars are were operating their work with Bangladesh Border Guard-BDR for anti smuggling at Teknaf, a bordering upazila of Cox's Bazar district from this morning. 15th members women Ansar team is working at Teknaf Land Port, Bangladesh-Myanmar Transit Ghat and Damdomiha check point of Cox's Bazar-Teknaf highway. Members of Women Ansar are working with BDR jawans for stopping women smugglers.

Teknaf Correspondent :: The Rapid Action Battalion-RAB-7 have seized one thousand pieces of band drug `Yaba' from a residential hotel Niribili of Teknaf, a bordering upazila town of the district this morning at about 5.30 am. RAB team also arrested two Yaba smugglers.

5 killed in flood in Cox's Bazar |

Staff Reporter: Six persons were killed by the flash floods in Cox's Bazar.
Five of the six bodies were recovered in the last two days, but the body of one labourer Khalilur Rahman, 23, of Manikpur, could not be found.
